What is going on here?

It is obvious that there was a civilization that had a high technology before mankinds    recorded history.
As we delve into the unknown we have a lot of unknown behind us.
This civilization was an odd one because they left their mark on the world as stonework, stonework that would be hard for us to do. Yet if they were so smart wouldn't they have cement ?
No they wanted to do it the hardest way possible by actually cutting and fitting solid rock. Obviously they found that easier?

Sault winter city free heat

In a winter city we have an unused source of free heat .
That being our water that we shower and flush has heat and it all goes down and away into our sewage plants .
If we recoup just the rising heat it would be a useful source of wasted energy .
Get on it .
